Is Orange Medical Plan health insurance?
We are not insurance and we are not intended to replace insurance. Orange Medical Plan offers discounts on certain healthcare providers and health services.

Are all visits to the primary doctor free of charge?
Yes, you always pay zero in all counties Orange serves except Palm Beach County. Palm Beach County tours may vary ($25-$40 tour fee)

How long can I use the services after joining?
Immediately. On the same day you join, you can access any of the services included in your plan.
In which areas does Orange Medical Plan offer services?
In health coverage plans in Miami-Dade County, Broward County, Palm Beach County, Lee County*. In the hospital plan and pharmacy discounts, throughout the United States.
​Does the medical coverage plan include a dental plan?
Yes, dental service is included. Pharmacy and optical discounts are also included with a standard medical plan. The dental plan can also be purchased as a standalone plan.

What requirements do I need to join?
Here everyone applies. It does not require a subsidy, we do not verify immigration status or income.

The plan is NOT insurance. The plan provides discounts at certain healthcare providers for medical services. The plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The plan member is obligated to pay for all healthcare services but will receive a discount from those healthcare providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization. This is not insurance nor is it intended to replace insurance. This discount card program contains a 30-day cancellation period. Enrollment Fees ($30.00 to $10.00 depending on the plan being purchased) cover shipping of Provider Directory, Member ID and other necessary documentation (usually 7 to 10 business days).
You may terminate participation within the first 30 days and receive a full refund on any fees or dues paid, less the non-refundable processing fee. After the first thirty (30) days, you may
